Move Better.  Live Stronger.  Perform Longer

Personalized corrective exercise and strength programming built by a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist.

What’s Included in Your Free ChampIX Evaluation

Your complimentary evaluation is a structured movement and performance screening designed to identify how your body moves — and where it needs support.

1️⃣ Health & Goal Review

  • Brief discussion of medical history, injuries, surgeries, and limitations

  • Review of current activity level

  • Identification of short-term and long-term goals

  • Clarification of lifestyle factors (work, stress, sleep patterns)

2️⃣ Postural & Movement Assessment

  • Static posture analysis

  • Basic joint range-of-motion screening

  • Functional movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, balance)

  • Identification of muscle imbalances and compensation patterns

This helps us determine how your body distributes force and where instability may exist.

3️⃣ Musculoskeletal (MSK) Screening

  • Core stability evaluation

  • Hip and shoulder mobility check

  • Symmetry comparison (right vs. left)

  • Movement quality scoring

This is not a diagnosis — it is a structured screening to guide safe programming.

4️⃣ Performance Baseline

  • Foundational strength markers

  • Balance and coordination check

  • Conditioning readiness level

We establish measurable baselines so progress can be tracked objectively.

5️⃣ Program Recommendation

  • Review of findings

  • Explanation of priority focus areas

  • Recommended training structure

  • Discussion of timeline expectations

You leave the evaluation understanding:

  • How your body is currently functioning

  • What needs improvement

  • How ChampIX will structure your program
